Where to find your Council
Civic Centre
165 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Hilton
The Civic Centre is where:
- Council meetings are held
- the Mayor's office office is located
- residents can pay Council rates, dog registrations and parking fines
- Development Assessment Panel meetings are held
- Council's administration staff work in various departments including planning, infrastructure, finance, community services and information technology.

Hamra Centre Library and West Torrens Auditorium
1 Brooker Terrace, Hilton
- The Hamra Centre Library has a large collection of books, CDs, DVDs and other materials available for the public to borrow. It also hosts many activities including storytelling, author visits and computer training.
- The West Torrens Auditorium is a large gallery featuring art exhibitions and performances.
St Martins
18 Cudmore Terrace, Marleston
- St Martins is an aged care facility providing care for senior citizens who can no longer live independently.
- The facility provides both high level nursing care as well as lower level support.

Thebarton Neighbourhood House
10 Falcon Avenue, Mile End
- Thebarton Neighbourhood House is a Council-operated community centre.
- The House offers many different activities for local residents including yoga, fitness and cooking classes.
- Also available are services such as counselling, free legal advice and assistance to people who have recently migrated to Australia.

Works Depot
112 Marion Road, Brooklyn Park
- The Council's Works Depot is where the Council's maintenance staff are based.
- The employees at the Depot maintain public parks and gardens, repair playgrounds, prune street trees and ensure roads are clean and tidy.
- The Depot is also home to the Council's fleet of trucks and street sweepers.
